My experience with Twitter is a new one and has been great so far.  I have learned that it is easy to share opinions and give opinions via Twitter.  I think the benefit is the sharing of information and opinions with Twitter.  I have not experienced any issues while using Twitter.

New skills acquired from working on the Web Design was having to put in the google calendar with events posted on them.  Also, I attempted to insert a video, but had a hard time with the video playing.  I like being able to add the graphics for parents and students to enjoy.  This would be helpful with my future career with keeping parents and students informed of classroom events and remain interactive with parents and students using technology. 




Adaptive technology can be helpful for persons who have to have a different way of using technology or technological tools.  I have not had interaction or know someone who has used such technologies.  I can’t recall a student that I attended class with that had to use adaptive technologies.  The challenges that I perceive when using adaptive technologies in my classroom is being comfortable with these kinds of technologies and knowing how to use them before I ask the student to be able to use them.  I would also like to get the parent or parents involved in the use of the adaptive technology so they are aware of the tasks their student is being asked to perform with the use of adaptive technologies.

I visited the Canopy Oaks website.   The school serves grades Pre-Kindergarten through 5 th grade students.   The homepage has a site navigation where you can go directly to teacher websites.   The information that you can see publicly are assignments, homework, the teacher’s bio, and student resources.   There is also a link to a class calendar.     https://www.leonschools.net/Page/2610 In the future I can envision myself using technology effectively and efficiently in many ways. I am sure that I will use a smartboard and my students will most likely all have laptops or tablets. Those are just two of the many ways. Learning analytics can be described as "collecting, analyzing, and reporting data about learners.  This data can be used to help teachers makes decisions based on the data that they get on students.  Data is collected on the student's use and it identify students who may have special needs.  The system can tell the teacher whether or not the student is in need of more help with assigned work.  Learning analytics help teachers with the learning environment and it helps to tailor the instruction that the instructor provides for their students.
